We’re launching a micro bakery at Maize at the Station! For five generations, Familia Cardona have been baking breads and pastry in Mexico. They are part of my wife’s family and now we want to share with the community!
So we’re doing a sampling party to launch the bakery. Tickets are $10 and will include 10 sample sizes of baked goods we will be offering, as well as much coffee, blue or yellow corn atole, and hot chocolate as you want. There will be full sized pastries available for purchase.
Tuesday, March 3rd at 6pm in the Red Room at Maize at the Station, 100 N. Chestnut, Champaign IL 61820.
